Canada’s 150th Anniversary leafs
The Chesterville Rotary Club commissioned the work of Kent and Duane Young of Industrial Stainless to fabricate these new decorations to celebrate Canada’s 150th Anniversary Celebrations. CHESTERVILLE— Kent Young of Industrial Stainless displayed one of the fifteen red leafs that will don hydro poles in celebration of Canada’s 150th Birthday celebration. The order for the leafs were made by the Chesterville Rotary Club and are scheduled to be installed by Countryman Electric on Thurs., June 1, in time for “Art on the Waterfront” which runs June 3-4.
Young also made fabricated the Christmas stars and snowflakes that were erected for the holiday season this past December. Industrial Stainless has a plasma cutter, which can cut pretty much anything out of sheet metal including fine intricate pieces of work. Some of their work is on display at Forever Young in Chesterville and Winchester locations.
