Shortly before 6 p.m. on Tues., July 6, Theodore Too, a replica of Theodore Tugboat from the children’s series of the same name, sailed into Cornwall Harbour and was welcomed by a large crowd of people of all ages. Captain Gary Byers, who hails from New Brunswick, said he was impressed with the crowd who greeted the tugboat, noting it was one of the largest welcoming groups encountered so far on the voyage to Hamilton. Byers explained the vessel is 21 years old, made of wood and fibreglass and took 20,000-man hours to build. Thompson Goddard Photo
