RUSSELL – The Township of Russell is thrilled to announce the official start of construction of the Russell Township Recreation Complex, the monumental $86 million project that marks a significant milestone in the community’s growth and development.
This is an open invitation to all residents, community partners, and local organizations to join in celebrating this exciting occasion. A media conference will be held on Tues., Sept. 17, at 10:30 a.m. at 150 Sportsplex Street, in Embrun. Parking is available next to the Sports Dome with overflow parking behind Valoris.
This event will be an opportunity to witness the beginning of a project that will greatly enhance the quality of life of our residents and provide a central hub for community activities and events.
