The weather cooperated and several students in the AG SHSM program at North Dundas District High School (NDDHS) drove their tractors to school on Fri., June 16. “Tractors of all sizes and colours travelled to the school in convoys Friday morning,” explained Jennifer Onstein who teaches in the Ag SHSM program at NDDHS. A barbecue lunch of sausages and strawberries was enjoyed by current AG SHSM students and those who will be in the program next year. Carolyn Thompson Goddard, grew up in Chesterville and attended North Dundas District High School. After completing her BA in Political Science at Carleton University she has worked as a medical secretary and library technician. In 2020 she graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Journalism and has been a reporter and column writer for The Chesterville Record for over 10 years.
