The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 108 in Winchester held a memorial ceremony at the Winchester Cenotaph in front of the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Mon., Sept. 19. The service was part of the National Day of Mourning services for Queen Elizabeth II held across Canada.
