NORTH DUNDAS – Stefan Kohut is looking for your vote in the upcoming municipal election in North Dundas.
He said, “My family and I live, work and are building our foundations in this community. I am very eager to continue to contribute to a more official capacity, if elected.”
He explained why he wanted to run for a councillor position in North Dundas.
He said his children play sports in the Chesterville fields, paddle the Nation River and toboggan down the hill behind the Winchester arena.
“From my point of view, our community has priorities that need to be addressed.”
They are:
- The landfill and its future;
- Strengthening access to medical attention;
- Ensuring safe and adequate water;
- Building our community to better serve our youth and elders;
- Continuing to enhance our businesses to grow in North Dundas, while at the same time, welcoming new businesses that will generate jobs and revenue for our local economy; and
- Lowering taxes and reducing red tape.
