VERNON–The small village of Vernon held their winter carnival on Sat., Feb. 8 at the Vernon Recreation Centre.The day-long event featured City of Ottawa sponsored games for children as the main attraction. There was a great deal for children from the area to do.
The event was hosted by the Vernon Community Association.
