RUSSELL—The Russell High School T-Wolves Senior Girls’ basketball team played a single game this past week as the welcomed the École secondaire catholique de Casselman Dynamos on Wednesday afternoon.

The Russell High School T-Wolves Senior Girls’ basketball team welcomed the École secondaire catholique de Casselman Dynamos on Wed., Oct. 23, in PRSSAA. The T-Wolves got off to a good start scoring 14 points in the first quarter and allowing just two against.
The Dynamos had a better second quarter, scoring six points and holding the T-Wolves to just a pair. The T-Wolves took a 16-8 lead into the halftime. The T-Wolves scored 11 third-quarter points, allowing just six against taking a 27-14 lead into the final quarter.
The T-Wolves doubled up the Dynamos 10-5 in the fourth quarter taking the game 37-19. Scoring for the T-Wolves were Lola Palacios with 13 points, Anna Schoeni with 10, Megann Nolan with six, Laurel Pearson with four and Emily Kingswood and Tiffany Yeung each with deuces.
